By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction) and who have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. The Site is not directed at, and should not be used by, anyone in a jurisdiction where doing so would violate local law.

The Site provides general information about BAT, our planned platform, and our regulatory pathway, and includes interactive tools (the Sponsor and Investor Readiness Assessments) intended to help visitors understand their own general readiness profile. The Site does not currently facilitate the purchase, sale, or trading of any security or token.

The Sponsor and Investor Readiness Assessments generate an illustrative score and general guidance based on your self-reported answers. Results are not verified, audited, or reviewed by BAT before being shown to you, are not a substitute for formal due diligence or a suitability determination, and should not be relied upon for any investment or capital-raising decision.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the BAT name and marks, and the assessment tools themselves — is owned by or licensed to BAT and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent, other than for your own personal, non-commercial reference.

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems;
• scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Site;
• submit false or misleading information through the assessment tools or contact forms; or
• interfere with the Site’s normal operation.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BAT and its founders, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
