These policies apply to www.blackant.tech and any related BAT websites, tools (including the Sponsor and Investor Readiness Assessments), and online services (collectively, the “Site”), operated by Black Ant Tokenization (“BAT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Nothing on this Site constitutes, or should be construed as, an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, token, or investment product, in any jurisdiction where such offer or solicitation would be unlawful. Any future offering of BAT tokens or securities will be made only through definitive offering documents, and only to investors who satisfy the eligibility, accreditation, and jurisdictional requirements applicable to that offering.
Black Ant Tokenization (BAT) is not yet incorporated and currently operates as a contractual joint venture among its Founding Members under a Founding Members Agreement. BAT is pursuing, but has not yet received, admission to SEC Ghana’s virtual asset regulatory sandbox under the Virtual Asset Service Providers Act, 2025 (Act 1154). No BAT token or investment product is currently available for purchase. Statements on this Site regarding our regulatory pathway, custody arrangements, or planned platform features describe our current plans and should not be read as a representation that any part of the platform is operational or approved by any regulator.
