Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we hold it, who sees it, and the rights you can exercise.

Last updated: 20 August 2026

Draft · This policy is in review and has not yet been adopted. It is published here for comment and does not yet bind BAT or its visitors.

These policies apply to www.blackant.tech and any related BAT websites, tools (including the Sponsor and Investor Readiness Assessments), and online services (collectively, the “Site”), operated by Black Ant Tokenization (“BAT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

01Information we collect

  • Information you provide directly: name, email address, location, and your answers when you use the Sponsor or Investor Readiness Assessments, submit a contact form, or request investor access.
  • Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device information, and usage data, typically via cookies or similar technologies (see “Cookies” below).

02How we use your information

  • To generate your assessment results and respond to your inquiries;
  • To communicate with you about BAT, including potential investment or partnership opportunities, where you have consented to receive such communications;
  • To improve the Site and understand how visitors use it;
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

04How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with: service providers who help us operate the Site (e.g., hosting, email, analytics providers), under confidentiality obligations; our banking, custody and capital-markets partners, or other regulated partners, but only once you have opted into a specific investment or onboarding process, not from general Site browsing; and regulators or authorities, where required by law.

05International data transfers

Because BAT operates across Ghana, Canada, the US, the UK, and the EU, your information may be transferred to and processed in a country other than the one in which you reside. Where required, we will use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for such transfers.

06Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by applicable law, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

07Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Ghana residents have rights under the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843); EU/UK residents have rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR; Canadian residents have rights under PIPEDA (or applicable provincial law). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@blackant.tech.

08Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site and understand usage patterns. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

09Children’s privacy

The Site is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, anyone under 18 years of age.

10Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through the Site or by other reasonable means.
